I’m Hayley Walker,  director and founder of B City Aesthetics. I established B City in 2010 as a part-time venture, which quickly grew into one of the busiest medical facial aesthetic clinics in the Northwest.  

 

While I’m not an injector myself, my passion for business and aesthetic medicine has driven me to continuously research and introduce innovative treatments. I work closely with our expert medical injectors to ensure we offer the highest-quality products and services to our patients.  

 

My role varies from working with leading companies to discover the best treatments on the market to forming genuine, friendly relationships with our patients—sometimes over a cup of tea! 

 

At B City Aesthetics, my focus is on staying ahead of industry trends and creating a welcoming, results-driven environment where patients feel valued and confident in their care.

Medical Aesthetics Practitioner

Hi, I’m Dr Anna. I am a fully trained medical aesthetics practitioner, and a GMC registered medical doctor. 

 

I have a passion for skin, beauty, and regenerative aesthetics. I love working with my clients to achieve natural and authentic results that make you feel like the best version of yourself. 

 

I have a wealth of medical knowledge and experience, which means that my clients can be confident that any treatments will be administered in a safe and controlled environment.  

 

My favorite treatments to perform include full-face rejuvenation and regenerative aesthetics techniques such as polynucleotides and collagen-biostimulators. I am also experienced in Dermatology and management of problem skins.  

 

I offer a wide range of treatments at B City Clinics and hope to consult with you soon at either of our sites in Liverpool.

Nurse Prescriber & Injector

Hi, my name is Rachael, I’m a nurse prescriber at B-City Clinics. Ive worked here now for over 4 years and have 10 years experience in the field of Aesthetic medicine. Once qualified as an Adult nurse I started my career working on a Major Trauma department and then followed on to Intensive Care Medicine and spent most of my career working as a Critical Care Nurse. During that time I gained a lot of experience working with head and neck patients and this is where my love for all things skin and cosmetics began. I attended multiple courses and dedicated my spare time to aesthetic medicine. 

 

After a few years I decided to leave my career in the NHS and follow my passion for skin and aesthetic medicine full time. I have completed multiple courses, and still continuously attend training courses, conferences and educational seminars to keep myself current and up to date in a vastly changing industry. I have completed an intense 6 month mentorship programme and I am soon to enrol onto a Aesthetic medicine masters course. 

 

At B-City clinics I specialise in all treatments including Botox, Dermal Fillers, Sculptra, Skin Boosters, Polynucleotides, Exosomes, Microneedling, Chemical Peels and Skinstorm. I am also the lead medical trainer for SkinStorm and have a special interest in Skin Health. 

 

Safe, ethical practice is my passion and delivering natural results is always at the top of my priority list.

I’m Dr Lauren, a fully GMC-registered GP with a passion for aesthetic medicine. I specialise in anti-wrinkle treatments, skin boosters, microneedling, and polynucleotide therapies, helping patients achieve natural, refreshed results that enhance their confidence.

My approach combines medical expertise with a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring every treatment is tailored to the individual. I am committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, with safety, professionalism, and honesty at the heart of everything I do.

I believe aesthetic treatments should enhance your natural features rather than change them, helping you look and feel like the best version of yourself. Through personalised treatment plans and evidence-based practice, my goal is to help you feel confident, radiant, and refreshed.

Patient Liaison and Therapist

With a background in dental nursing, I developed a passion for medical facial aesthetics, which led me to join B City over seven years ago. Starting as a receptionist, my role has grown to guiding patients through their treatment options and ensuring they feel informed and supported.  

 

I’ve since expanded my skills to offer hands-on treatments, including our Medical Facial- SkinStorm, helping our patients achieve healthy, radiant skin and Japanese Head Spa, which promotes scalp health, reduces tension,  and overall well-being for our patients.
